Purpose: sending a single launch notification. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Storage & Retention

Data is stored locally (CSV) until launch, then deleted/anonimised within 12 months, or earlier upon request.

4. Recipients

No sale or transfer outside the EU. If we use processors (e.g., hosting), they are bound by GDPR clauses.

5. Your Rights

• Access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, Romania).

6. Security

We apply reasonable measures: rate‑limiting, honeypot, token‑protected CSV export, restricted access for authorised staff.
